This video features the internet personality known as "Retard Beard," an elderly Asian man with a long white beard, wearing a black leather jacket, black pants, and a teal baseball cap with the word "RETARD" printed in large white letters, as he walks through a busy Japanese pedestrian street at night past neon signs for businesses like 7-Eleven and karaoke. Filmed by creator Joey Kadtyk, the clip captures the man interacting with various strangers, including posing with a younger man in a red jacket and exchanging drinks with a group of younger men, while the audio includes fragmented phrases such as "Black hole sign, why she care?" and "Oh, she may," set against a mid-tempo hip-hop/funk background track. The content is a direct reference to the "Retard Beard" meme format, which centers on the juxtaposition of the subject's dignified appearance with the offensive slur on his hat, highlighting the shock and confusion of the public reactions during these street interactions.
